The complete breathing air system is equipped with the following sensors for constant monitoring of air quality and adherence to breathing air standard NS EN 12021.
- Simtronics GD10 sensor for monitoring explosive gases(methanal) in the air inlet of the compressorCO sensor for monitoring Carbon Monoxide levels
- O2 sensor for monitoring of Oxygen levels
- Co2 sensor for monitoring of Carbon Dioxide levels
- Dew point transmitter
The graphic display will indicate levels of CO, Co2, O2 and Dew point values at all time. If any value exceeds the limits of the breathing air standard a warning of 90db will sound. If levels are exceeded over time the E Compressor will shut down. If this situation occurs, HP rescue air will automatically be available.
